Digital Distribution Deals

Not exactly a bargain deal (yet?), but a definite item of interest to anyone who likes unique RPGs or has fond memories of our long-dead friend, the Sega Saturn. According to GameTap’s blog, they have the rights to port and release Panzer Dragoon Saga. Currently they’re taking votes on whether to release it as a game for monthly subscribers only, sell it as a digital download to own, or… just not bother.

If you want to play it, you should probably go vote to let them know. Otherwise it could get put on the backburner again. Personally, I’d rather buy it than rent it, but I’ll take my Panzer Dragoon Saga however I can get it.

Now I’ve got the urge to break out my Saturn again.
