You know, I saw that Magic Crystals game and thought it was terribly stupid… but then I realized if I was raising, say, a goblin or dragon, I would totally buy it. Not sure if that’s sad or not yet.

Company of Heroes Online will have all the missions of the base game, free to play. On the other hand, if you own a retail (or Steam) version of Company of Heroes, you will get certain boni in CoH Online. Might be worth buying after all, then. Europeans shouldn’t bother with ToV, though, since it’s way overpriced here and just doesn’t deliver enough (single player) content for your money.

Is there a point on getting the CoH heroes instead of playing the free version? I have played neither so I would not know.

It’s worth noting that in the UK (at least), it’s cheaper to buy the separate games than the ‘Complete Pack’

Complete Pack is £7.49 (and that’s a STEAL for this amazing game anyway – but)

CoH is £1.74, OF is £2.49, ToV is £2.49 which makes just £6.72!

Even better – COH:Gold (CoH + OF) is £3.74 which saves 48p – so Gold+ToV =just £6.23 (£1.26 saved!!)

Football manager 2011 is coming out soon and you won’t be paying more than £25. Plus I pre-ordered FM2010 for ~£15 meaning all these sales on the game aren’t great.

Still, with 287 hours put into FM2009 and 180 hours put into FM2010, you will get your moneys worth if you’re interested in this genre.
